Free-standing cottage, pleasantly and comfortably furnished. Entrance, hall, living room with sitting area, one single bed, dining table, fireplace, TV, radio and entrance to the terrace with garden furniture and outdoor shower. Kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave oven and coffe maker. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - the first with a double bed and one single bed and the second bedroom with two single beds. Heating by the fireplace. Cottage stands on its own fencless land, there is a terrace with awning, garden furniture with sunshade, portable grill and fireplace to disposal. Small garage for parking and storing bicycles and own parking lot.

At the Bohemian Forest, almost alone standing (village cottage with 3 cottages and other 4 cottages distant about 100 m), near the village Borikovy, about 11 km southeast from the town Klatovy and about 50 km from the border with Germany (Bavaria). Very quiet place near to the forest, on a south slope with a soothing view of the greenary. The location is ideal for those who are looking for quiet and peace. Ideal conditions for hiking and cycling (nice cycle paths). The surroundings offers many sights and interesting destinations - such as fairy-tale-cottage in Mlazovy 2 km, lama farm 2 km, castle Velhartice 10 km, ruins Rabi 23 km, castle Kasperk 35 km, catacombs with mummies in Klatovy 11 km, water-castle Svihov 21 km, lakes "Cerne" and "Certovo" near the town Zelezna Ruda 45 km.
Distances: Basic foods (Mochtin) 3 km and (Kolinec) 5 km, restaurant (Mlazovy) 2 km, more restaurants and supermarket (Klatovy) 11 km. Outdoore swimming (Chlístov) 2 km, (Kolinec) 6 km, and (Klatovy) 12 km. In Klatovy you also find a swimming pool, sauna and tennis court. Horse riding (Mlazovy) 2 km.
