Kitchen with glass ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, crockery and dishwasher. First bedroom with double bed and one single bed, second bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Second separate toilet.
There are three bedrooms in the attic, the first bedroom with two single beds (one convertible into an extra bed for 1 additional person), the second with a double bed and one single bed (convertible into an extra bed for 1 additional person). Third bedroom with double bed and cot. Second separate kitchen with dining table for 7 people. Kitchen with glass ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, crockery and dishwasher. Second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Fourth separate toilet.
The building is heated by electric portable heaters and local stoves. Guests have at their disposal an unfenced garden with a terrace and seating area, a portable grill, a sandpit for children, above ground pool 4.88 m x 2.44 m x 1.07 m and a lockable bicycle shed. An excellent place for hiking, especially cycling, swimming, fishing and exploring. One of the cycling routes is located directly under the building. The nearest attractions are the Castle and the spa town of Třeboň (17 km), the castle and residence of Ema Destinová in Stráž nad Nežárkou (14 km), the castle and water park Jindřichův Hradec (21 km), the castle Nové Hrady (30 km).
