Spacious modern kitchen with gas stove with oven, dishwasher, combined refrigerator-freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Bathroom with bath, washbasin and a separate toilet. Two showers. Upstairs there are four bedrooms. First with one double and one single bed. Second bedroom with two single beds. Third with one double and one single bed is through to the fourth bedroom with one double bed and two single beds. Separate toilet. Central heating with solid fuel and local electric direct heaters. The house stands on a fully fenced plot, there is outdoor seating, pergola with sitting area and fireplace, tap device, combined with a sauna for 3 persons, volleyball net on the grass area, sandpit for children and trampoline at disposal. The house has two recessed pools with sand filtration - interior and exterior, the interior one is heated and after agreement is possible to use it throughout the year (winter period only if the temperature is not too frosty). The building is suitable for up to 12 people and a baby. Winterseason: The interior swimming pool is heated and after an agreement it is possible to use it throughout the year (winter period only if the temperature is not too frosty). Possibility to rent an automatic grill from the owner (must be announced in advance, 500, - CZK / event).
