Free standing holiday house, renovated in 2002, cosily arranged, much wood is used in interior. Entrance, hall, kitchen with nice, ancient tile stove, dining nook, electric cooker, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Living room with sitting suit, TV and fireplace. Bathroom with shower, separate WC. Upstairs two bedrooms, separated ba doors – one with double bed and single bed and one with two single beds. Heating with stove (wood). Spacious, fenced garden, terrace, garden furniture, mobile grill, fire pit and a round pool with the diameter of 3,6 m at disposal. Own parking-site.

House stands not far from small village Předlesi, ca 12 km east of town Kaplice and only 25 km from the borders to Austria. Nice view of meadows and forests in surrounding. Very calm location, ideal for nature lovers and paradise for mushroom pickers. Surrounding is ideal for hiking and biking. In surrounding a lot of sights, several castles in range of 18 -33 km.
