Semi-detached holiday home. The house was built in 2013 and beautifully and comfortably furnished. Entrance, large living room with 4-person sofa, fireplace, TV set-top box and 4-seater dining table. Modern kitchen with refrigerator, electric cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs is a second toilet, bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a pull out extra bed. Heated by the fireplace. The garden is completely fenced, there is a bicycle storage, steel furniture, barbecue and a swimming pool with a diameter of 3,6 m at your disposal. Own parking place.

In South Bohemia, in the beautiful natur of the South-Bohemian Forest foothills, near the protected landscape area called “Blansky les”. The cottage stands on the edge of a small village Vadkov (550 m above the sea level)”, ca. 2,5 km south of the town Lhenice, which is situadet in-between the towns Prachatice 19 km and Cesky Krumlov 26 km (stands on the list of World Culture Heritage of UNESCO). Peaceful place with a beautiful view into the garden and surrounding nature. The surroundings itself is ideal for walking, cycling and taking various trips. There are many cultural and historical monuments in the area – for example chateau Kratochvile 13 km, the village Holasovice 14 km (on the list of World Culture Heritage of UNESCO, the ruins of a medieval castle Divci kamen 22 km, the historical town with chateau Cesky Krumlov 26 km, the monastery Zlata Koruna 28 km, the town Hluboka nad Vltavou with a chateau in new gothic style and a hunting lodge and Zoo Ohrada 31 km.
