Detached unique holiday home, named Annie, newly built in 2013 in traditional style of Šumava mountains, comfortable and modern equiped. Entrance, hall, main living room with sitting area, satellite TV, dining table for 6 people and unique and functional stove oven, combined with a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker and tea kettle. Bedroom with one double bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Utility room with sauna and washing machine.
Upstairs are two apartments with private entrance. Each one is equipped with a large living room with kitchenette with hob, fridge, coffee maker and kettle, dining table for 4 persons, satellite TV and a double bed, as well as one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The house is centrally heated by solid fuel. At disposal is a not fenced garden with wooden massive seating, assembly for children (swing, sandpit, climbing frame), a fireplace and a bench with a beautiful view of the valley.Part of accommodation
