Newly built holiday house, furnished in a distinctive style with massive furniture and airy rooms, with a beautiful garden with mature trees and a decorative pond, completely surrounded by greenery. On the ground floor, a fully equipped large kitchen with an electric stove, hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle and dishwasher. A spacious living room with seating for up to 10 people and a fireplace with a pleasant view of the garden and access to the terrace. First bedroom with double bed. First bathroom with shower, bathtub, washing machine, sink and toilet. Another toilet separately. A total of 3 bedrooms in the attic. The first and second with a double bed, two single beds and a cot. The third with a double bed and a single bed. Second bathroom with shower and sink. Separate WC. Heating of the building centrally or by a stove with an exchanger. Guests have at their disposal a large fenced garden full of greenery, a fireplace, a garden grill and a terrace with a children's plunge pool. Parking in front of the house for up to 3 vehicles (garage for 1 car and bicycle storage also available).

Pets allowed (CZK 500/pet/week). Up to 3 baby cots available (by arrangement). The price of the stay includes Wi-Fi, bed linen and energy consumption in the summer. In the period October - April, electricity is paid according to actual consumption. A refundable deposit of CZK 8,000 is payable on the spot. The accommodation is suitable for 13 people and up to 3 babies.

In the Pilsen region, near the city of Nepomuk, in the Blatenská pahorkatina, 32 km east of Klatovy and less than 40 km from Pilsen. The accommodation is located semi-secluded in a nice and quiet environment surrounded by greenery. In the vicinity, we recommend visiting local monuments such as the Žinkovy Mill and Castle (14 km), the Potštejn Castle ruins (15 km), the South Pilsen Costume Museum (17 km), the village of Nepomuk (7 km), Zelená Hora Castle (8 km), the ruins of Rabí Castle (31 km) and Švihov Castle (32 km). You can't go wrong with a trip to Klatovy, where the Black and White Tower, the baroque pharmacy at the White Unicorn and the famous catacombs await you.
