Modern open kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob, kettle and microwave. Bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet. Upstairs there is a landing, master bedroom with a double bed, double sofa bed, satellite TV with set-top-box. Second bedroom with double bed and third bedroom with a single bed. Sauna available (free). The house stands in its own grounds adjacent to the water, there are garden furniture (dining table with chairs), grill and fireplace at disposal. Private parking.

In South Bohemia, almost secluded cottage on the edge of a small holiday village Lestina, just right on the banks of the pond Komornik with beautifull view over the greenery and the water, about 3 km south of the town Strmilov and about 20 km east of the beautiful city Jindrichuv Hradec. The house is in a quiet area, on the edge of the forest. Its on a lovely place, ideal for cycling, swimming, hiking and berry picking. The area is rich with various attractions. Castle Zirovnice 14 km, historic city Jindrichuv Hradec 20 km, Castle Dacice 20 km, beautiful city Slavonice 21 km, castle and beautiful city Telc 22 km, castle Kamenice nad Lipou 25 km. Furthermore, the castle Cervena Lhota, spa and beautiful town of Trebon, castle, golf and zoo Hluboka nad Vltavou, historical town Cesky Krumlov (UNESCO) with castle and much more.
Distances: Shop 500 m and (Strmilov) 3 km, supermarket (Jindrichuv Hradec) 20 km, restaurant 100 m and 300 m (only in summer) and (Strmilov) 3 km.
