Living room with dining table with bench and chairs for 5 people, fireplace, TV with set-top box and a kitchenette with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and kettle. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed and one with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Heating with briquettes. The cottage stands on its own grounds. Fireplace available. Parking by the cottage.

In South Bohemia, on the banks of the pond Sklepny, near the village of Velky Ratmirov, about 8 km northwest of the city of Jindrichuv Hradec. The house stands on the edge of a forest and offers a magnificent view over the lake and the surrounding landscape. An ideal place for a quiet family holiday. The area offers excellent conditions for swimming, fishing, hiking, biking, berry picking or visiting of numerous landmarks and attractions that are located nearby. Jindrichuv Hradec Castle 8 km, Cervena Lhota Castle 13 km, Zirovnice Castle 19 km, towns Kamenice nad Lipou 27 km and Dačice 26 km, spa town Trebon with Cateau 25 km, the ruins of the castle Landstejn 37 km. Others include Hluboka, Cesky Krumlov, Trebic etc.
