Entrance, hall, living room with a sitting suite, satellite TV-set, fire-stove, dining table for 6 persons and entrance to a sunny balcony. Completely equipped kitchen with four electric hot-plates, refrigerator, coffee-maker, electric kettle, microwave oven and dishwasher. Bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs you can find second bathroom with a shower and toilet and two bedrooms – each with one double bed and one single bed (one of them is an extra bed). From both bedrooms you can get to a balcony. On the lowermost floor there is a completely equipped flat with a living room with a sitting suite, fire stove, satellite TV-set and entrance to a spacious sunny terrace. Separate sleeping room with two single beds. Open plan kitchen with four electric hot-plates, refrigerator, coffee-maker, tea-kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with a shower and toilet. Electric heating or with fire-stove. Garden is not fenced. Garden furniture under the awning, trampoline (305 cm), garden swing, little swimming pool for children and two mobile garden grills at disposal. Own parking place.

In eastern Bohemia, at the edge of the recreational settlement near to the village Velký Vřešťov, ca. 12 km to the south from the town Dvůr Králové nad Labem. The chalet stands on a very nice spot, on southern hillside with a beautiful view and only about 200 m from the recreational pond Velký Vřešťov (26ha). The surroundings is ideal for hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing and making various trips to visit sights and places of interest – for example well known ZOO – safari 12 km, chateaus Kuks, Ratibořice and Hrádek within 19 – 27 km, castle Pecka 23 km.
